Reflections

We believe white educators must practice critically reflecting on their work.

It will be challenging, messy, and incomplete.

Much of it can happen in paper notebooks and smartphone apps, and scribbled on the backs of receipts.

Our hope is that providing a place for white educators to share some of these reflections publicly will lead to more writing and more dialogue.
